The SD Residence is a two-story home with 600 square meters of living space, thoughtfully designed to suit the lifestyle of its residents. The layout includes four bedrooms, a kids’ playroom, a study, a dining room, a Western kitchen, a Thai kitchen, and a newly expanded ground-floor living area.
The highlight of this residence is the enlarged living room, which forms a central connection between the dining area and the outdoor terrace.
This new glass extension enhances natural light and creates a seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
The spiral staircase carves a seamless circulation flow from Level 1 to Level 2.
